You can shop with confidence in the knowledge that you can only place an item in your trolley if it is available to buy.

cancellations / returns

If you wish to cancel your purchase you should contact us via telephone and email admin@clajs.co.uk as quick as you can. If the goods have already been sent and you still wish to cancel, we’re afraid it will have to be treated as a return which means the postage  and packaging costs will be down to you.

If you are dissatisfied or wish to return the goods for any reason please email admin@clajs.co.uk or phone us on 020 7692 1226 as soon as you receive them. You will then need to return the items within seven days and the cost of postage and packaging will be down to you. Once returns have been received by us and checked, then the cost of the item will be refunded to your account.

delivery inside the UK

Prices and stock availability will be fully confirmed once you receive a ‘clajs purchase confirmation’ email, which will be sent when your payment has been received and your order processed. Our aim is to process and ship within 1-3 working days.

Once the package is out of our hands and in the hands of the postal service, we‘re sorry but we cannot be held responsible for it, this includes loss or damage.

If you wish to have your item sent by special delivery, which is guaranteed by Royal Mail, please telephone +44(0)207 6921226/+44(0)7958 336083 before placing your order as the postage will cost more.

delivery outside the UK

Please be aware if you live outside the UK there may be a customs fee added to your package by your country’s customs office. It is important you check this before ordering as you will need to pay these fees, clajs does not take any responsibility for fees imposed by individual countries.
